Teaching
I find it a great honor to teach, to share knowledge and be inspired by students. I began teaching at the University of Oregon, as an Assistant Professor (Adjunct), in 2006, when I taught the two-term, Introduction to Architectural Design studio sequence. Summer term 2007, I taught an Intermediate Design studio, and have returned to teach the Introduction to Arch. studios again this year, Winter and Spring terms 2007.
"The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled."
-Plutarch, On Listening to Lectures
Here is an image of my students last year, grouped around their site model, and holding ceramic tiles each of them had made for their project:
I have posted much of the work from my students in flickr.com: Go Here.

- This project is in process, and I post it here in the hopes of getting some feedback. It is still quite rough, but I am happy with the way it is taking shape.
